Custom – We Meet You™ 

In our Custom – We Meet You™  program, our faculty member comes to wherever you are going to be, in the middle of a long vacation or on your personal skiing trip, whenever you have a day or two to spend special time in your own development.  Leadership and skiing – please see our separate page for this program.

We can provide customized leadership solutions as your needs dictate, whether that be for a single seminar or keynote presentation or multiple sessions. Any of our programs can be customized for delivery in the US or abroad.

New & Existing Teams often benefit from learning as a group, creating a common understanding, learning and using new tools to enhance their effectiveness as a team, and in firmly establishing their plans for action when they return.

Programs for Non-Skiers – We flex to deliver to your team and design our work to meet your desired outcomes. And while experiential learning is a trademark of ours, being outdoors is not essential. We are able to bring a wide variety of classroom exercises and business simulations where and when it works best for you.  Several of our faculty are conducting leadership learning in the classroom somewhere around the world each week, so learning by doing happens wherever we train participants, by creating settings in which people can live through the issues we’re exploring and make connections with their lives back in the organization. So if skiing is not for everyone on your team and you want to be outdoors, how about hiking, or orienteering, or snowshoeing, or snowmobiling? If you want to work indoors, we can create the experience you need; everything we do is focused on making a difference in your real life applications no matter what the learning format.
